The 23-year-old center fielder of the Milwaukee Braves had a pretty fair bat in the National League over the past seven days and won the Player of the Week honors.
Pinson batted .609 with 14 hits in 23 at-bats, 4 home runs and 10 RBIs.

V. Pinson singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off A. Lipetri in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off G. Snyder in the 9th.
